Simple Chia Pudding

Chia seeds are packed full of nutrients included omega 3, iron and calcium. They are also super high in fibre… and are very soothing for the gut. This tasty treat can be a real saviour for your tummy.

1 tbs chia seed




coconut yoghurt

Mix chia with 1 ½ cups of water, allow to sit and absorb in jar or cup. Layer chopped fruit onto the chia and top with coconut yoghurt. Keep in fridge over night or serve after 1/2 hr.
