Gut Healing Porridge

1 tsp chia seeds

½ cup quinoa flakes or oats

½ cup buckwheat or oats

 ½ cup Gaga’s Coconut Kefir

¼ cup Elgin Wild Blueberries 

 ¼ chopped mango or pawpaw

1 tsp Absolute Organic Honey

Sprinkle cinnamon

Combine chia, quinoa, buckwheat, cinnamon with 1 1/2cups of water, bring to simmer and cook on low for 15 minutes, until buckwheat is soft. 

Add more water if required. Stir through fruit, kefir and honey.
