Private Health rebates available

• Upon booking your initial consultation, an intake form and 3-day diet diary will be provided. Each form and any recent test results are to be returned at least 48 hours prior to your consultation.
• The initial consultation will involve an in-depth conversation about your health history to build an understanding of how you got to where you are with your health
• Relevant test results, dietary intake and your current lifestyle will be discussed
• An individualised treatment plan will be created, tailored specifically to your body constitution and current state of health including achievable diet and lifestyle recommendations, recipes, and nutritional handouts
• Nutrient prescriptions provided if required
• In some cases, functional pathology testing will be recommended to help get to the root cause. This is case by case and will be determined during evaluation.
